  • In depth analysis of a leading UK Retail Bank's "offshore" operational and human capital capabilities to design a transformation programme to deliver its international growth strategy.
  • Detailed review of the innovation function of a global insurance company with recommendations focussed on how best they could adapt their strategy and culture to ensure they remained ahead of very innovative and aggressive competitors.
  • Optimization of a UK-based HR shared service centre of a leading global bank for the EMEA region through better use of technology, controls and process changes.
  • Design and delivery of post-merger integration activities covering HR, IT and business processes for a publically-listed Business Intelligence software firm, spanning Australasia, Africa and Europe.
  • Detailed review of a Lloyds of London Insurance Company's HR Function including delivery of the subsequent Operational Design and System Implementation.
  • Evaluation of HR business process outsourcing including provider selection for an international bank based in Germany.
  • Development and delivery of a recruitment and human capital development strategy for a multi-national industrial services firm faced with severe competition for international talent.
  • Analysis and recommendation for improvement of the management of innovation with a major UK supermarket chain with a focus on financial services (particularly the role of HRM, innovation culture and innovation strategy)
  • Review of an ongoing project in organisational and cultural change and recommendations for better exploitation of the existing potential for a UK-based division of a global Pharmaceutical corporation.
  • Coaching and conceptual advice for the integration of 3 new founded companies (60000 employees) into the existing HR shared service on an SAP platform for a German Telecoms company.
  • Project management, change management and process design for the migration of a Slovenian automotive company to SAP HR under strong time pressure in a Y2K critical project.
  • IT & Operations design for a global financial institution, with the scope of study spanning UK, Europe, North America, Latin America and the Middle East. Primary focus of the project was sourcing strategy, organisational design and change programme construction.
  • Review, design, and implementation of a global insurance company's Central IT Operations.
  • Development and implementation of a Human Capital Integration plan for two "Offshore" Retail Banks post acquisition.
  • Review and redesign of the internal HR service delivery model, with subsequent coaching to ensure successful implementation by internal HR representatives.

At RTS we had a good product and service but we could not see the wood from the trees. iProCon revisited our strategy, re-organised our structure and implemented many business disciplines we simply had not spent time thinking about.
