iProCon are currently looking to hire a recruitment consultant to join our Interim Management Team. This is a proactive recruitment role providing an efficient and cost-effective end-to-end recruitment service to iProCon’s clients. You will be working closely with Hiring Managers to provide excellent skills and a cultural match to the organisation and our end clients. You’ll also develop our network of trusted associates to draw upon for future assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role is primarily candidate facing, but you are also working in partnership with hiring managers and your account management colleagues to fully understand recruitment requests and to translate those requests into effective advertising/networking.
  • Sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and securing quality candidates at various levels, across a broad range of business areas including IT, HR, Finance & Consulting.
  • Performing 1st stage screening interviews.
  • Conducting initial telephone screening, arranging interviews, providing feedback and communicating offers.
  • Creating recruitment advertisements for web advertising, researching new and cost effective methods.
  • Pro-actively searching the market place for candidates for current requirements and to create talent pipeline.
  • Delivery of multiple recruitment requests to time and budget
  • Assisting with recruitment activities nationally and globally when required
  • Raising the Company's profile with candidates at a local and national level
  • Building iProCon’s internal talent databank


Requirements


  • Candidate Management - relationship building
  • Experience in sourcing programme/project managers, experts for change and/or technology projects, and executives
  • Communication - Effective Networking, strong communication skills
  • Delivery - Focussed on results and outcomes
  • Commercial Ability - Able to understand the financial/cost implications
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Able to work autonomously, often working without direct supervision.
  • Flexibility - some travel may be involved in this position.
  • Quick and eager to learn – training provided
  • Degree educated
