European HR Directors Business Summit

27-Jan-2009 iProCon HCM recently exhibited at the European HR Director’s Business Summit. The summit, held at the ICC Birmingham on the 21st and 22nd January 2009 allowed iProCon HCM to demonstrate to HR Directors how the initiatives they undertake can and should be clearly linked to the creation of shareholder value.

Of particular interest to many was iProCon’s Human Capital Capability Excellence Model (HCCEM™). The HCCEM allows organisations to understand what “good” looks like in terms of the delivery of their products and services, as well as to define what their current position is, across regions and business units. This helps companies using the model to transform their operations both more effectively (they can see the road they must follow, and are using a common language across the organisation), and more efficiently (organisations can pinpoint where action will yield the greatest results).
